Consent to personal data processing
The present consent regulates legal relations in the field of personal data processing between LLC "Aparthville Russ" (TIN 5406975350, Legal address and actual address: 630005 Novosibirsk, 65/1 Nekrasova St.) (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) and the guest, who provides his/her data for processing when booking a room on the website https://apartville.ru/.

In order to fulfill the requirements of p. 3 Art. 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" I give my consent to the Hotel to process my personal data, namely: surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, place of birth, gender, citizenship, passport data, registration address, residence address, date of registration, telephone number, e-mail address, bank card number, passport validity period, visa, information about preferences for service (including room types, rooms, age of children), credit and debit card numbers, information about employer.
2. This consent to the processing of personal data is given by me for the purpose of:

In the course of processing of my personal data by the Hotel the following actions may be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer to the Federal Migration Registration authorities, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data from the Hotel's information systems.
4. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by me by sending a written revocation to the Hotel or by handing the application for revocation of personal data against receipt to an authorized person of the Hotel.
5. In case of withdrawal of my consent to the processing of personal data, the Hotel has the right to continue the processing of personal data without my consent only in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Processing of personal data shall be performed by the Hotel with or without the use of means of automation.
7. This consent shall be valid until the day of its revocation in writing.

- to provide reservation and hotel services, including processing of my request, execution and confirmation of my reservation, consultation on clarification or modification of my reservation, as well as for the purpose of providing other related services;
- for the execution of the rental agreement
- for market research, sending promotional offers and information messages
